As soon as an object or person moves through the invisible safety beam the gate will stop or reverse to prevent serious damage being done.
The wireless beams are great for gates that are already setup and you can’t run cable across the driveway to power the second beam
The Transmitter module is completely wireless and is powered by 2 x AA batteries. The receiver module will give a warning indication in advance of the transmitter modules batteries going flat and should the user neglect to replace the batteries during this time, the gate will remain open till the batteries are replaced, or you can manually override the gate.
